Ordering & Payment
How does the ordering process work?

You place your order on our site and pay in full. We then place the order directly with the manufacturer or authorized distributor on your behalf. The product ships from the brand's warehouse straight to your door -- no middleman warehouse, no delay. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For large orders, we can also arrange ACH bank transfer -- contact us before checkout to set that up.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant -- the highest level of payment security available. We never store your card details.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After that, the order may have already been submitted to the manufacturer and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at our contact page if you need to cancel.

Do you offer financing?

Yes -- Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout for eligible orders, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or longer-term monthly plans. Some brands also offer their own financing programs. Reach out and we'll walk you through the options.

Shipping & Delivery
What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery means a professional delivery team brings your product inside your home, places it in the room of your choice, unpacks it, and removes all packaging. It's not just a box dropped at your door. This service is included free on orders over $2,500.

How long does shipping take?

Lead times vary by product and brand. Most in-stock items ship within 3-7 business days. Custom-configured or made-to-order products (like certain sauna models) can take 4-8 weeks. We'll give you an accurate estimate before you order and keep you updated throughout.

Do you ship outside the continental US?

Most of our products ship within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping depend on the specific brand and product. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any additional freight costs.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Before signing for any delivery, inspect the packaging for visible damage. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours and we'll coordinate a replacement or repair with the manufacturer at no cost to you.

Are these the same products I'd get buying directly from the brand?

Yes, 100%. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. You get the exact same product, the same full manufacturer warranty, and the same customer support from the brand -- just with the added benefit of our guidance and service on top.

Can I see the products in person before buying?

We don't have a physical showroom, but many of our brands have demo locations or dealer showrooms across the country. We can help you find the nearest location to try a product before committing. Just reach out and tell us what you're looking at.

Do infrared saunas require special electrical installation?

Most 1-2 person infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V outlet. Larger models (3+ person) typically require a dedicated 240V circuit, similar to a dryer outlet. We'll always confirm the electrical requirements for your specific model before you order so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you to 170-200?F. Infrared saunas use light waves to heat your body directly at lower air temperatures (120-150?F), which many people find more comfortable and easier to breathe in. Infrared also penetrates deeper into tissue, which is why they're popular for recovery and detox. Both have real benefits -- the right choice depends on your goals.

Warranty & Returns
What warranty comes with my product?

Every product we sell comes with the full manufacturer warranty -- the same one you'd get buying directly from the brand. Warranty terms vary by product (typically 1-lifetime depending on the brand and component). We list warranty details on each product page. Because we're an authorized dealer, your warranty is fully valid and supported.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition. Because these are large freight items, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Some brands have their own return policies that may differ -- we'll always be upfront about this before you buy.

What if something breaks after delivery?

Contact us first. We'll help you determine if it's a warranty claim, a manufacturer defect, or a user issue. For warranty repairs, we'll connect you with the brand's service team and advocate on your behalf. You're not on your own after the sale.

Authorized Dealer
What does "authorized dealer" actually mean?

It means we have a formal dealer agreement with the brand that allows us to sell their products legally and at the manufacturer's approved retail price (MAP pricing). It also means your warranty is real -- buying from an unauthorized seller often voids the manufacturer warranty entirely. We only carry brands where we have or are actively pursuing an authorized dealer relationship.

Why are your prices the same as buying directly from the brand?

Most premium brands enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, meaning authorized dealers cannot advertise below a set price. This protects the brand's value and ensures fair competition. What you get from us that you don't get buying direct is personalized guidance, honest comparison across brands, and a dedicated contact if anything goes wrong.

Are all the brands on your site ones you're currently authorized for?

We are actively building our authorized dealer relationships. Some brands on the site are fully authorized, others are in the application process. If you're interested in a specific product, reach out and we'll confirm our current dealer status for that brand before you order.
