1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using luxuryrecoveryusa.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to place an order on this Site.

3. Products, Pricing & Descriptions We work to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by such an error with a full refund. Many products we carry are subject to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies set by the manufacturer, which may limit how we display pricing. Wellness and recovery products sold on this Site (including saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy devices, massage chairs, and hyperbaric chambers) are not medical devices unless the manufacturer explicitly states otherwise, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition.

4. Order Acceptance Luxury Recovery USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and refunded in full within 3–5 business days. We may limit quantities purchased per customer or household for promotional items.

5. Payment Methods & Processing We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways, and your financial information is never stored on our servers. Financing offered through Shop Pay Installments or Affirm is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and conditions. Luxury Recovery USA is not a party to and does not control the terms of any financing agreement between you and a third-party lender.

6. Order Processing & Shipping Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping timelines and delivery options are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Luxury Recovery USA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on this Site belong to their respective manufacturers.

9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission; or (e) submit false or fraudulent orders.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at info@luxuryrecoveryusa.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
