Cancellations Before Shipment
You can cancel any standard order free of charge before it leaves the warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach us, the easier it is to stop the freight before it ships.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many products we carry — including infrared saunas and select cold plunge units — are built to order. Once your order is placed, the manufacturer begins production on your specific unit. These orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
Made-to-order brands include: Clearlight Saunas, Sunlighten Saunas, Health Mate Saunas, Plunge (select models), Renu Therapy (select models).
Your manufacturer warranty guarantees you receive a fully functional product. If you are unsure whether a specific model is made-to-order, contact us before purchasing.
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order products.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Products) because our products ship via LTL freight (large equipment on pallets), returns are more involved than a standard parcel return. Outright returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus actual return freight costs. Exchanges (swapping for a different model) may qualify for reduced fees depending on the manufacturer — contact us and we will advocate on your behalf.
Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Once an order has left the warehouse, a full refund is no longer available.
Damage Upon Delivery — Important
Every infrared sauna, cold plunge, and wellness unit ships via freight carrier. Before signing for your delivery, inspect the packaging carefully.
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
Take photos and video of any damage immediately.
Email documentation to help@luxuryrecoveryusa.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Freight damage claims are only valid if reported within 24 hours. We will handle the insurance claim and coordinate a replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand — see individual product pages for details. Warranty covers defects from normal use over time. Delivery damage not reported within 30 days of receipt cannot be processed as a warranty claim.
Chargebacks
Our team is responsive, fair, and genuinely here to help. If you have a problem — whether your order has not arrived, arrived damaged, or is not performing correctly — contact us first. We will resolve it.
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be held liable for theft under applicable law. We keep detailed records of all orders, communications, and shipments. Please work with us — we are on your side.
