Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We begin processing immediately. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard freight delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Freight shipments are handled by LTL carriers and can be tracked in real time. If you have not received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at info@luxuryrecoveryusa.com. 

Shipping Options

All orders include free standard curbside delivery. We also offer premium delivery upgrades for select products — contact us before ordering to arrange these:

Curbside Delivery (Free): Delivered to your driveway or curb. Threshold Delivery: Brought inside your garage or covered entryway.

White Glove Delivery: Brought into your room of choice, minor assembly, all packaging removed. Full sauna assembly is not included.

Freight Delivery Tips

These are large, heavy products. A few things to keep in mind: 
Make sure your driveway or delivery area is accessible for a freight truck.
Have someone available to receive the delivery — a signature is typically required. Inspect everything before signing. Once you sign, the delivery is considered accepted.
